Hello, I’m Jennifer - a degree-qualified nutrition consultant specialising in perimenopause and cognitive health.
I went through perimenopause myself while completing my degree. I know what it's like to sit at your desk and not be able to hold a thought. I know the 3am spiral. I know what it feels like to wonder if the real you has gone somewhere.
